How to make smooth for my Project Arrhythimia levels?

I need help. I want to put smooth in my PA levels but Idk…

when green flag clicked
if <[ My memory] contains [How to make smooth] ?> then 
say [Yeah!] for (2) secs
  

else
broadcast [ depresion]
end

I mean “smooth” by make my PA levels smoother. I'm a benninger in PA levels.

You can duplicate them and change the values to your needs.

Here's a more complicated one that is harder to customize:

However you can input how long you want the glide to be in seconds so it might be good for a timing based thing like PA
