Any recent bycicle injuries?

Welcome! Here we can talk about injuries you've recently gotten from falling off a bike. (I'm fine with talking about injuries from a motorbike, skateboard, etc. accidents to!) My most recent injury I got while I was biking. I was riding, when I must've been going too slow or something or wasn't in good enough balance, I fell off my bike, and got road rash on my right elbow and knee because I landed on my right side weirdly enough because I was leaning left. (Must've leaned otherwise as I was turning.) It hurt so much!!! I limped home, until I got inside and started crying it hurt so much! My crying stopped after about 45 minutes! And this was just yesterday too! Anyway, what's your story?

It’s such a little thing to weep—
So short a thing to sigh—
And yet—by Trades—the size of these

Any recent bycicle injuries?

Years ago, there was this steep road that I went down. I tried to slow down but I used the front brakes too hard… the next second I was flying forward, several feet from the ground, then suddenly crashed into sizzling concrete, face-first. Miraculously, the only injury was a mildly deep cut on my ankle, while the rest of my body was fine: no bruises, no concussions, no fractures, no broken bones. I walked the rest of the way back home, bearing a sharp pain, but luckily my best friend was there to escort me. It took 5 weeks to heal my wound completely.

Also, what do bicycle injuries have to do with Reading and Playing?

Any recent bycicle injuries?

Hi butterface123, the “Things I'm Reading and Playing” section is more for talking about media that inspires you; I'm not sure a topic about bike injuries is a good fit for the discussion board structure. Maybe you can make a Scratch project to tell your bike injury story instead?
