Hello, Scratchers of the world! I am Silphaer and today is a good day(for me)! I am going to start a company called Silphaer Inc.! This company will be an assortment of whoever wants to join and answers all required questions(questions further down) who will be creating Scratch projects of the following classes to entertain the Scratch community.

Classes:

Games: This class will create games (e.g platformers, breakout style games, etc. etc.) for the entertainment of the Scratch community.



Animations: This class will make animations and films (a.k.a movies (e.g fantasy, fiction, factual, sci-fiction, high fantasy etc. etc.)) for everybody else's entertainment



Simulations: Swimming simulators, flying simulators, dog simulators. Yeah, that sort of thing.



Music and Sound: This class is going to be fun! They will create music and sound tracks that are free for people to take and use in their own projects!



Other: These people will make any other sort of thing that I may have missed out from the above classes.


Ranking:
Ranking will go by way of what things you have made. For instance if you are in Music and Sound and you make a really god music track you will become a higher rank. Or if you are in games and you make a brilliant RPG then you will become a higher rank.
If you delete(un-share) a project that has been made for this company or do another obviously against the rules sort of thing then you will get a:
and become a lower rank. 3 s will count as too bad and you get fired. If you do really good things like make an absoulutley astounding thing in your class then you will get a . 3 s will become a and you will get to become a curator of the company Studio. 3 s will become a and you become a manager and get the second highest rank(manager).

Second lowest: Employee
Worker

Expert
Second highest: Manager
Highest(you only get this if I decide so and there is no way of knowing what I am going to decide): Company Co-leader
