Why isn't my project on trending yet?

Why isn't my new animation on trending yet? It is indexed, and also it got 61 hearts, 59 favorites, and 201 views less than a day. I have also scrolled super far down on the animations page. It is also not marked NFE, I can search it up and it will show. Here is the animation: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/822984143/ Anybody have any answers?

Edit: I forgot to say, yes trending has refreshed already

Your project might need an older ID to work with the trending algorithm.

Hmm, Im not sure…
I do recall something like this when griffpatch shared Cubes a few months ago. As expected, it exploded in popularity, but wasn't even on the trending page until about 4 days later or somethings (and it was ofc #1), so I'd say, wait a day or two, then check again

The maximum ID for a project to be indexed is 967870282, so this isn't the issue. Trending (and the indexer) is slow, wait a few days.

You're not guaranteed to be on trending with 200 views in a day - actually it's very, very unlikely.

We don't know the trending algorithm, so the answer is, no one knows.

It was more. I never said I was guaranteed. Also I scrolled faaaaaaaaaaaar down like 100 pages and it was nowhere to be found, so it wasn't an amount of social actions problem.

It does. I scrolled down at least 100 pages, it wasn't there. On the 100 pages there were like projects that got like 20 views in like a week, it should easily be higher than that. It has to be a bug or something right? I know for sure it isn't an amount of social actions that isn't the problem…

It is helping. It's impossible to answer your question because you're asking an unknown question. That's a reasonably simple thing.

It is not on trending because the algorithm decided it's not.

Also note that most trending projects have thousands and thousands of views in a couple hours - yours has two hundred, which is very common.

Also, on the other projects on trending you have, that was through spamming tags. You didn't spam any tags in the new one.

That is for the top trending on all. I mean on animations. Also did you see my post replying? I scrolled down a loooooooot. So it isn't a social actions problem.
