i was on this site a long time ago, stopped being active from time to time, now im learning c++ and doing random idiotic stuff on here because i dont know what im doing anymore

well..... im currently going to attempt (and fail to do this) a neural network on scratch, probably not the best way to do it but this is the quickest way to do it.
