On 22/01/26, Scratch updated their ToS and Privacy Policy to grant Scratch and its affiliates perpetual, irrevocable rights to use any user-generated content for the development and training of-

-generative AI models, including for commercial usage that may be shared with third parties. I stand strongly against the Scratch Team's decision, and will be unsharing all my art-related projects. :(
