Welcome to Scratchtober 2020! See the list of prompts here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/433242236/ Scratchtober, inspired by Inktober, will provide a list of random prompts (words, ideas, themes) for you to use as inspiration in projects throughout the month of October. From these prompts you can create artwork, games, animations, stories, tutorials, or whatever else you can imagine! For example, if the prompt is “Fort” you could: + Make a project where people can build their own pillow fort + Think about what comes to mind when you hear the word “fort” and draw it! + Create a game where you must get to the safety of a fort in order to move to the next level + Make a tutorial on how to build the ultimate blanket fort + Remix a project in the studio around this theme and add your own ideas! Every day we will highlight one prompt but you can see the list of prompts ahead of time, if you want to get an early start on a project.
