Scratch Games In .exe Format!
It would be really cool if you could download your game as a “.exe” file and then upload it to some other website or play it offline.

Scratch Games In .exe Format!
This has been suggested quite a few times, but unfortunately is rather hard to implement because Scratch 2.0 requires Adobe Air to run. Try surfing the Wiki or the Advanced Topics forum, because there are often converters documented there. For example, it is possible to port a Scratch 1.4 project to a fully functional .jar that behaves almost like an .exe.

Support. Even though there are .sb2 to .exe compilers, the .exe version doesn't work correctly like it did in Scratch (ex: having to add a looping script in order to keep the project running, or that if a sprite goes too fast it will not trigger the edge collision detection value true, both exceptions found in the procd compiler).

No support, scratch isn't a game maker, its a programming language that's used to make games. Its like calling Batch programming a game maker or a virus maker, its uses don't account for its purpose.

.EXE files are Windows-specific. If you were going to make a desktop application converter, I would like it to be .jar or .swf.
But still, I don't support because we don't really need this.

I will only support if there are .app files for Mac users. Meanwhile, just use Sodaplay: http://sodaplay.com/

we don't really need this and this has been suggested multiple times.
you can find a scratch wiki article (Porting Scratch Projects) to convert games. but if you download a compiler from Baidu, it's not safe due to malwares and trojan.
as quoted from this topic…:
I'm posting a topic here because none of the other sb2 to exe converter topics helped me. The converter at http://pan.baidu.com/s/1pJLhOdd which was advertised in the wiki is a trojan. The converter found http://programandofuturo.wix.com/escuelaenlinea#!descargas/c1uswso. no support
]here/url] won't download. So my suggestion is, why not put this feature in the next version in Scratch when it comes out?

I will only support if there are .app files for Mac users. Meanwhile, just use Sodaplay: http://sodaplay.com/Don't worry. I just created a topic stating how to convert SB2 to APP here. I need people to test it out before I know weather it actully works or not. Be the first!
