Stop Killing Games Is Killing Games
Stop Killing Games is killing games because if it went into effect and companies were legally forced to keep the servers for their online-only games up and running for forever and ever, it would bring up too many expensives and complications. This could cause the companies to go bankrupt.

You are simplifying the argument to make it easier to attack.
STG states that studios must keep their servers up OR add an offline mode to their games.
There are more ways however, STG doesnt really make a list of these things.
It boils down to: don't make your games unplayable when the official servers a re down.
