More Search options!!!!!
okay, heyo y'all, recently I've been viewing a lot of projects based off a specific series (I bet you can figure out which one it actually is) for inspiration and just to enjoy the fan games, by doing this, I've used both the “popular” and “trending” search options often to try to find hidden gems. this has made me wish there were more than 2 options to help out. I'd suggest a recent option or search by date. I'm just throwing out ideas here, trending and popular are good, but at this point it's really hard to find games with original art, music and code
Maybe you guys can suggest some here

A recent option is a rejected suggestion:
8.8 “Recently Shared Projects” row on the front page
This proposed row on the front page would display projects that were most recently shared by Scratchers, in an attempt to help unnoticed Scratchers get more views. Such a feature existed in Scratch 1.4 and Scratch 2.0. It was removed for several reasons: the community did not find these projects interesting, the row would sometimes show inappropriate projects, and these new projects would often get disrespectful comments from other users. This extends to a “Recently Shared Projects” tab anywhere on the Scratch website, not just the front page.
A button or link which allows you to view a random project is also rejected for similar reasons.

They used to have a “Recent” dropdown on the explore page, but they removed it since spammers consistently abused it to show links to private chat platforms or inappropriate/18+ content.

It would work if only projects rated FE (which only happens after ST views a project) would pop up. That would work, right? RIGHT? RIGHT!?!?

I mean, I guess I could try different search terms…..also about this, different search terms can only do so much, because a lot of these “hidden gems” share the same more broad term, I should probably learn how hashtags work, maybe they'll help.

anyway sorry didn't realize this was directed to anyone, I dunno if it would for me since from what I've seen not a lot of projects gets reviewed, therefore not many “hidden gems” will show (listen I'm sorry for my overuse of gem) but I wouldnt mind if it got added
