Does the “Current Hour” Block Give the Hour in Your Current Timezone, or in a Set Timezone?
Does the current hour block return the hour in your timezone or is it in a set timezone (like UTC?)

Yeah, thank god scratch magically does that. I went on a project one and the curator's time zone was UTC and mine is CST, and it showed my hour

The (current ()) block returns the hour of your system clock, while the (days since 2000) block returns the days since 2000 in UTC.Yeah, thank god scratch magically does that. (#4)It doesn't necessary report the time in your timezone, but just whatever your system time is set to. Also the “days since 2000” block reports time in UTC time, not EST.
The (current ()) block returns the hour in your current timezone, while the (days since 2000) block returns the days since 2000 in EST.
