Rules

Customer Rules:
1. Follow all of the Scratch Community Guidelines
2. Be as specific as possible with your order (the more specific you are, the better the final product)
3. We do not and will not accept orders that contain weapons, violence, scary images, or any similar themes.
4. Do not impersonate or act as an employee if you are not one.
5. You MUST give credit to this shop and the staff member(s) who fulfilled your order (I will keep a close eye to make sure you give credit.)
6. When ordering, there is no codeword to use.

Staff Rules:
1. Follow all of the Scratch Community Guidelines
2. If you have questions about an order, please ask the customer
3. If you need assistance from another staff member, you may contact them directly
4. If you cannot fulfill an order, please ask another staff member if they can help.
5. NEVER USE AI for anything. If I find that you used AI for an order, you will be fired immediately
6. You have the right to refuse an order. In such cases, you should kindly tell the customer that their order cannot be accepted, and give a valid reason
7. You may only bump if it has been at least 24 hours since the last post AND the shop is not on the front page of the Request Forums. Also, get creative with your bump!
8. Once you have taken an order, say “taken” so nobody else starts on the order
9. When applying, type “bluebird” for “Have You Read The Rules”

Important Note Regarding Staff Applications (PLEASE READ): We reserve the right to reject or refuse any application. I (blackcow29) follow a strict set of rules (that I will not share) to determine if an applicant can become an employee of this shop. If you are not accepted, please do not get angry, as there is most likely a reason, which I may share with you. Thank you for your understanding.
If your application is accepted, I (blackcow29) will follow you (to keep up on what you’re doing) AND you will be invited to be a curator of the Flight Shop Official Studio (see link above.) Please accept the invite and follow the studio. You are not required to follow me (blackcow29.)

Shop History
February 5, 2026: The shop is created by blackcow29, who wished to create a shop that would provide great service, quality products, and friendly staff and one that woul never transfer ownership or close, all in the goal of serving Scratchers everywhere with their endeavors.
February 9, 2026: The shop reaches 5 staff members (excluding the owner.)
February 11, 2026: The shop receives its first order!
February 19, 2026: The shop reaches 10 staff members (excluding the owner.)
March 1, 2026: The shop reaches 15 staff members (excluding the owner.)
March 3, 2026: The shop moved to a new forum topic to further reorganize the growing shop.

History of the Flight Shop, Documented by Me (Starfall2015)
Feb 25 I join the shop and become an Night Manager due to being 5h ahead.
Feb 26 I come up with the points system that evolved into Cardinal Credits.
Feb 27 After returning from my night hiatus, I launch the first generation of the FP.
Feb 28 I wake up to two strikes and I try to fix it.
Mar 01 More employees join, but I'm on hiatus so I don't hear until the day after.
Mar 02 I suggest a Pi Day idea and get my strikes taken off.
Mar 03 I suggest a branch but it isn't accepted.
Mar 04 We move to a new topic and I'm the second employee to post.
Mar 05 (AM) I clear most of the orders, and get pushed comfortably ahead of RD0109.
Mar 05 (PM) I invent the leaderboard, and become top employee within a week of starting.
