Strikes-

Anyone with 3 strikes is eligible to be fired, but may only get a warning depending on the circumstances.
A strike is denoted by a ! next to a staff member's name.

Strikes are given for-

• Inactivity (currently not heavily enforced)

• Using AI in ANY form whatsoever, zero exceptions to this rule. (Double strike if used in an order)

• Rudeness

• Not using forms.

• Breaking ANY of our rules will usually result in a strike. Some exception can be made.


When ordering you can reject someone from accepting your order, but ONLY if they have 2+ strikes against them.

If you are able to give a genuine apology for what gave you a strike, it may be removed from your record.

Why you think we should be partners:

1. All things from our shop MUST be given credit. Giving credit to an artist's work is a form of respect for them.✨

2. Like any Scratcher, please follow the Community Guidelines.
Not doing so will either result in a ban from ordering here, or if you are staff, with you getting fired PERMANENTLY.

3. WE. DO. NOT. ACCEPT. AI. ARTISTS. All your work MUST be handmade or you will receive a strike.

4. NO belittling or insulting any artist's work. If you are unsatisfied with our quality, you can ask us for a redo of your order or go to another store. Respect and kindness matter!

5. We want this to be a calm and respectful space for everyone. KEEP. THINGS. FRIENDLY.

6. Using generators for BBCode is allowed.

7. NO SPAMMING, ADVERTISING, CHAIN MAIL, OR IRRELEVANT STUFF.

8. While reviewing our orders, please use respectful language.

9. Please follow the discussion if you have joined, but try to follow it while waiting for an order too, so you can stay up to date.

10. Only order for yourself and on alternate accounts, ordering for other people can get very confusing.

11. Staff are allowed to order here as well.

12. Users should have Scratcher status and a minimum 5 posts to join.

13. Please refrain from unnecessary chatting, applies both staff and customers. Staff can do that in our official studio.

14. Please snip if you are quoting long posts. This can be done by writing “cut” on earlier posts. Otherwise, you may get a strike.

15. Try not to discuss heavy topics or argue about things here, this is not a debate area, it's a shop.
Brief mentions of these subjects are allowed, as long as they stay brief, and there is no follow up.
