☾ i haven't managed to keep characters for very long as of yet due to rps dy!ng out quickly, however i do have a few characters nearing the ages of 30-40 ! ( not super impressive, i know and apologize, however this is in terms of rps that tend to die out quickly, so i would certainly keep them for much longer if they'd been in active rps ) ☄˚₊‧

☾ i'm applying for soli because i actually adore her design so much ! i have a bunch of ideas for her personality and beliefs and generally i honestly just adore her a bunch <3 i had a really cool idea of a confident outgoing girl who's absolutely a cheerleader for her friends + i have a tiny fixation on teen beach due to my showcase, and the second i saw soli i just knew she'd fit, just look at her !! <33 ☄˚₊‧

☾ when you first see this little darling, you can easily tell that this cat is certainly an energetic bundle of fun !! her eyes, bright and curious, are filled with eagerness more often than not. she seems to never stop running on high energy, jumping around and being quite the encouraging and fun-loving little kit. she greets everyone with a big grin and a friendly air, always one to jump in and give someone a hello if she thinks they need it. you can always expect her to dash over with a silly hello ready to call to you before she tells you a fun tale. she's also a very dependable little bug, always there when you need her. she'll always come running whenever you call her, always ready for another adventure. ☄˚₊‧

☾ while she’s certainly a friendly darling, she does tend to be quite the aloof kitty. she’ll always lend a listening ear, but she often tends to just not be affected or basically not really care. she’s a great friend, just tends to be more optimistic than focus on the negative. she’ll always show a bright side to every dark side, making bad things seem a little more, if not much more, manageable. she’s also very ambitious, striving for high positions of power just like her dad’s status as a medicine cat. she’ll always try her best to prove herself worthy of high status as well as doing anything needed ( within morally sane reason ) to achieve it. ☄˚₊‧

☾ once you truly meet her, you can tell she truly is an overconfident little bundle of fawn fur. she’s always certain of the best outcomes, where everything goes almost EXACTLY as she planned. she always walks with a pep and / or a strut, her confidence practically radiating off of her. she tells stories of her adventures quite often, though she does tend to be quite exaggerative with the events, even with other things in general. her stories are never quite 1 - 1 with reality, always exaggerating details to make it seem more fun than it really was. she even exaggerates her movements, like with her strut or the usual pep in her step. and she does tend to be a rather stubborn darling. once she makes a decision, there’s basically no chance you’re changing her mind. once she has an idea, she sticks to it like a fly in a web and does not easily have her mind changed by anyone. ☄˚₊‧

☾ TRUFFLERUFFLE ❝ dadda, truffie ❞ ⚡︎ soli will often feel disconnected from truffle due to his apathy and lack of affection. she adores him, of course, and will constantly try to connect with him, though sometimes it'll feel pointless. she's always happy whenever he cheers her up, but she'd feel like she needs more love from him, more affection, and it makes her sad when she doesn't receive it from him, because she looks up to him. this would make her often strive for greatness to receive more praise from him. ☄˚₊‧
☾ HOMEWARDKIT ❝ homeward, big brother ❞ ⚡︎ her big brother ! she may be slightly taller than him, but she always crouches down a bit when he's nearby to let him feel taller. she loves him a bunch, and often screeches “big brother !!” while dashing toward him. ☄˚₊‧
☾ WANDERLUSTKIT ❝ wanderlust, wally ❞ ⚡︎ her brother ! while he towers over her, she'll often challenge him to a race or climb onto his back and cheerfully cling on while he runs around, and tells him long tales. ☄˚₊‧

☾ WHAT IS IT ? ⚡︎ adhd ( attention-deficient hyperactivity disorder ) is a neurodevelopmental disorder, or difference in the neurological wiring of the brain, that is often characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, though often times more of one is visible than the others ( e.g. one shows more signs of hyperactivity than inattention, another no clear signs of either, etc. this specifically refers to the subtypes of adhd ( inattentive, hyperactive-impulsive, and combined ) ). ☄˚₊‧
☾ WHAT CAUSES IT ? ⚡︎ while there is no exact cause, it is believed to be caused by a mix of genetic, environmental, and other factors ( e.g. through drvg vse by the mother while in the wombat ( iykyk ), genetically passed down, a difference in the wiring of the brain, imbalances in brain chemicals, etc ) ☄˚₊‧
☾ HOW WILL IT AFFECT HER ? ⚡︎ soli wouldn’t be too majorly affected, the only things that would really be affected would be her movement, ability to concentrate / focus, and impulsivity. in terms of movement, soli would stim a whole bunch. she never really stays still for long, either her back legs are tapping against the ground or she’s sprinting around in circles, or she’s waving her paws in the air, just generally in almost constant motion. in terms of concentration/ focus, soli wouldn’t be able to focus on anything for very long unless she was really interested in it. she’ll often space out if what you’re saying doesn’t catch her interest, or she’ll get easily distracted by something else ( e.g. a butterfly ) while doing a task. in terms of impulsivity, soli would often do things without much thought put into them. when she has an idea, she’s much more likely to immediately act on it rather than think it through, leading to her sometimes making poor decisions and / or getting in trouble. ☄˚₊‧

☾ soli woke up that morning with more energy than a squirrel. she could feel her entire body buzzing with energy and excitement for something she didn’t know exactly what. she jumped up, shaking out her limbs and surveying the nursery. no truffleruffle in sight, probably in the medicine den. she let out a small sigh before shaking out her fur and bolting towards the nursery entrance. she tumbled out into camp, the sun hitting her fur comfortably. she squeaked slightly, earning her a silly eye roll from a warrior before she scrambled to her paws. she gave the warrior a silly grin before tumbling towards the medicine den, towards her dad, truffleruffle. it’s game time !! ☄˚₊‧

☾ soli strutted out of the nursery den, brushing her fur over her shoulder with her head held high. she let out a gentle yawn, her stance upright and proud. her eyes twinkled excitedly as she shouldered her sister, meanderkit, before cackling and sprinting away before meander could react. she felt the sun wash over her face, warm and blindingly bright. she shielded her eyes from the sun with a paw, blinking rapidly before tilting her head away. the camp itself was quiet, even though it was noon. probably because all the warriors were away. she rolled her eyes, letting out a quietly dramatic sigh. she looked for something fun to do before spotting a piece of wood flat wood that looked strong enough and big enough to hold her and a slope of smooth rock and rubble. time for a ride ! ☄˚₊‧

☾ for starters, i would definitely be doing a bunch of mini plots, eg as solivagant figures out her identity, who she likes, etc ! for major plots, while i'm definitely moreso one to go with the flow with my characters ( i dislike preplanning plots that'd take place too far in the future ^^" ), i think a cool plot idea would be one where she finds a sort of sanctuary ( more on that in a moment <3 ) where she can be wild ! ☄˚₊‧

⚠︎ THE SANCTUARY ✩‧₊˚
☾ during her apprenticeship, soli would discover a large tree with a large hole dug out of it near the edges of shadowclan territory, surrounded by flitting butterflies and tangled vines crawling up the sides. the inside is wide open, able for 2 9.5in ( full height ) cats and an 11in ( full height ) cat to fit comfortably. it will be almost cleanly cut out, save for a tiny little ledge where soli can place small things like butterfly wings and shells. soli would discover it after scouring the territory alone, hoping to show off her bravery, and would make it her own little hiding place. soli would spend quite a bit of time there, and would consider it the place that held the most safety. ☄˚₊‧

☾ solivagant believes in the fates, a holy trinity of three friends of medicine cat descendant, the sun, the moon, and the star, who rarely speak unless to cats of high status. the sun speaks to the medicine cats, sun's tone bright and peppy and the one who shares the prophecies and foretells the future. the moon watches over the clans, and covers moonself with clouds when scared, which is why clouds cover the moon when a fight threatens to break out at a gathering. and the star is the one who speaks to the leaders, is the one who first decreed leaders get nine lives, and is the voice in the leader's heads that assists in naming the deputy. ☄˚₊‧
