FPS Limit
When creating massive projects, a lot of people complain of the FPs. Why does Scratch have a 30 FPs limit?

Those are two different points. when creating a massive project, the FPS drops below 30 FPS, and that's why people complain about it. It has nothing to do with the 30 FPS limit and wouldn't be changed by increasing it. The 30 FPS limit is in place for simplicity reasons. Its just the right speed for advanced projects to look mostly seamless and for beginner to not have to worry about their sprites rushing off the screen in a blink of an eye.

Yes, but the standard for any game is usually 60 fps. I understand we can't have it now as it could cause problems, but why didn't we have it from the beginning?

scratch was released in 2007, when 30 fps was the norm
60 fps back then was still a far-away dream..

The Nintendo Switch does try to have 60 FPS on some games when docked, but in handheld mode it automatically has only 30 FPS. That means that basically every single Switch game runs at 30 FPS, and trust me, that’s a lot.
You grew up with a PlayStation, right?
Sony tries to constantly run at 60 FPS or higher.
