Copyrighted Built-In Sound Affects

In Scratch are the built in sound affects copyrighted.

I want to use the sound affects in pygame.


Please if anyone knows the answer can they please reply.

Yes, Scratch's built-in sound effects are copyrighted.
They are freely licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license, which does not mean they are in the public domain.

However, I find it very unlikely that the Scratch Team will go after you for using them in a personal project.
Maybe that's something you want to keep in mind.
