Copyrighted Built-In Sound Affects
In Scratch are the built in sound affects copyrighted.
I want to use the sound affects in pygame.
Please if anyone knows the answer can they please reply.

Yes: Most Scratch support materials on the Scratch website are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. There are a few exceptions: the Scratch Logo, Scratch Cat, Gobo, Pico, Nano, Giga, and Tera are Scratch trademarks, and can not be used without explicit permission from the Scratch Team.note that “scratch cat” does not include the meow sound.

Yes, Scratch's built-in sound effects are copyrighted.
They are freely licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license, which does not mean they are in the public domain.
However, I find it very unlikely that the Scratch Team will go after you for using them in a personal project.
Maybe that's something you want to keep in mind.
