THE SCRATCH LAB
As owner of the Scratch Lab, I will try not to be biased in this review. The Scratch Lab is overall a good shop if you want to have good quality in your order. The time that it takes for orders to be taken and completed may be too long for your preference, but if quality is your main priority, The Scratch Lab is a good shop to order from since their standards are high. Many people get rejected after applying for staff because they don't meet the standards. Their music and signature department is small, but art and code is the most prominent. Overall, you should choose to order at the Scratch Lab if you value quality over time.

CITY SHOP
City Shop is a good shop with plenty of staff and a strong community. Visiting the thread, you'll likely see a lot of nice polite chatting and fun. The experience ordering at City Shop is easy, as you fill out a simple form to order. The shop is organized, however, the only issue you may see is from the quality of the orders. City Shop hires just about anybody, so quality is not guaranteed. There are plenty of excellent and skilled staff at City Shop, but sometimes your orders may not be of the highest quality. City shop often takes orders quickly, mostly because of the large number of staff, but the time it may take to finish your order may also not be the best. Occasionally, an order gets lost, and sometimes the staff is packed with multiple orders at once, leading to slow orders being finished, also because of the large number of orders that are taken at City Shop. Overall, City Shop is an excellent shop to order at if you value time and service.
