the red hat block only exists as an undefined block (although unlike in scratch 2.0 you can’t attach it to anything or do anything with it)
so an orange hat block doesn’t make any sense, especially if it has no use

You can attach the orange block to other blocks but doesn't run the script. It generates when the red hat block fails do generate.

1. Is that UserID? If so, it's not really a “unique” number string. It's what everyone has, never changes. Infact, it's still in the API (you can check yours here)
2. If you are naming an extension with that, please don't. It breaks a rule. If you are naming it unintentionally then my bad lol
