Yes, I did this before, even the offline editor, the only problem I had was some text formatting errors when popups were made.

Yes, Scratch 3.0 can run on Windows 7, including within a VirtualBox environment, though there are a few considerations

I wonder if OpenGL in VirtualBox works for scratch cuz
when I try to open Minecraft in VirtualBox it gave me a OpenGL related error

I did get an os project on scratch working using Firefox, but I haven't tried the editor yet

It looks like i'm using Windows 10 with Google Chrome as your browser. my Chrome version is quite recent (124.0.0.0). Additionally, Flash is not detected, which is typical since Adobe Flash Player was officially discontinued at the end of 2020, and most modern browsers have since removed support for it.
