One of my settlements was captured. What do I do now?

Once a settlement is captured, it is considered part of the capturing nation's territory, and is therefore subject to the same rules that their normal territory would be. You can capture a settlement back: just follow the same steps that were used to capture the settlement in the first place.

All of my settlements have been captured! What happens now?

Your nation will be forced to surrender. What happens to the territory that was captured is up to the nation who won the war: You might be able to get your settlements back, you might not.

Wait, couldn't I just make more settlements and win the war that way?

Any new settlements created during the war do not count towards your total number of settlements.

When does this go into effect?

It has not yet been approved by the admins, and may not be. However, if it is approved, it should go into effect during a time when there are no wars happening. For 1 week after this ruleset goes into effect, war should not be allowed to give time for nations to build settlements and design banners for their nation. After 1 week, war should be allowed again.

I don't like a part of these rules, what can I do about it?

Just let me know what you don't like, and I'll try to refine these rules.

signs were also posted up specifying the builds and chests were owned/built BY ME, therefore I had to be on. also killing villagers and using explosives is prohibited

Here what I recounted of the war rules
-No stealing or greifing if the person is not online - They were (I didn't read the signs because I boated over)
-Killing villagers is greifing
-No duping TNT (Impliing that TNT use is allowed

Secondly
After checking back at the rules it said no explosions, witch counts as creepers and multiple creeper holes are at the USSR from when you guys greified it

Also you can greifed us and got away with it.

Like I said before, the HRE has the right to just decide they win the war whenever they want to decide that.

CCMC is a Country Clash RP spinoff. It is currently in a trial period where CCRP admins will observe the server and see whether or not it should continue.
CCMC uses a custom map with volcanoes, nether and end islands, winding rivers and more!

How did you even get villagers, there are no villages and there is no way to make weakness potions.

There is a rule specifically saying no killing villagers. Which you did.

Also the rules say explosions are not aloud so that means you broke another rule.

We can’t control creepers.
