Yes. However unlike some other forums it doesn't just mean posting on an old topic. Necroposting happens when posting on an old suggestion that is no longer relevant. For example, if the suggestion was a duplicate that the ST never closed, it was eventually implemented, was rejected after it was posted, somehow made irrelevant, etc. However as long as the suggestion is still something that is relevant, then bumping old suggestions is allowed even if they have not seen activity for a long time.

Basically, if it's rejected or implemented, yes. If it's still unimplemented and not rejected, and relevant, then no.

In other words: if the topic would be closed if it was made today, do not bump it.
