Also, it says “temporarily” blocked but it doesn't show the date it will be unblocked. Anyone know what's going on?

Do that. Questions about moderation actions regarding bans go there. Note: it may take up to several months to get a response. In the meantime, you can still use Scratch, but you have to be signed out or use the offline editor.
