Is this ban unfair?

I made a project that was an Incredibox remake with my own sounds, and it got taken down for copyright even though the template I used wasn't taken down? I don't understand why the template and all the other remixes weren't taken down, just mine…

1. It's not a ban, it's a project being taken down.
2. This has happened to other people (Source)
3. Make sure that your project didn't contain anything against the rules or that was scary.
4. Might have been a DMCA takedown, in which case you can't do anything about it.

Not really, especially if it was a DMCA takedown, since that's copyright law- the ST would have to have a legal battle (and win it) to keep the project on their website. This has only happened a few times in Scratch's history, the first time with a PAC-MAN project.
