not loading

when i was loading scratch on https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/412/?page=7019#post-7953722 the website wouldn't work even refreshing it.
all i just saw was pitch white.
it was like somebody did a new block like
crash a random website
help?
just be deleted forever{Click this to ip ban all scratchers including you and delete the whole scratch website}

Sometimes I get links like that when I click on a message telling me about new posts in a forum thread I'm following. They do annoy me from time to time, but the best thing to do is to just go through the discussion forums pages to find it manually.
