Is there any interest for a deeeep.io port?

Hello there! Deeeep.io is a .io game in the same genre of games like slither.io, agar.io, diep.io, paper.io, etc. Recently, I have been starting to play the game more again and it’s quite fun; I was thinking that if a lot of people are interested, I would try my best to make a good, full, and fairly extensive port of the game on Scratch. Creating this will indeed be quite complicated and will likely not be finished until summer starts, however, right now I’m here to just gather thoughts and opinions on this potential endeavor. While I’m not exactly Griffpatch, I can semi-confidently say that I could likely code a deeeep.io Scratch port decently, partly compareable to the quality Griffpatch’s other ported games like slither.io and geometry dash that he already has made. I can say this because I have a very solid understanding of many concepts that would be useful for this project including scrolling games and multiplayer. The art and assets would hopefully be accessible somewhere on the internet.

At this moment, I just want people like you to reply and give any feedback or encouragement on whether or not I attempt to do this huge project.

I have never played Deeeep.io before but I think that scratch could use all of the high-quality ported games it can get.

Thank you!

You should try the game out online and see. Although, I’m only going to put effort into making a port of the game on Scratch if a lot of people want to. I posted this about 1-2 days ago and only got 1 reply.

Sounds interesting! I've played Deeeep.io before and I feel like a game like that would be a nice fit within the many ports within Scratch.
On a side note this is my 100th post!!!! :D

Nice, good to hear that you have played the game before. But with only two people here who have replied it doesn’t sound like it would be a very successful/popular game sadly. At least not yet.
