Punster's Writing
This is where I'll put my writing.
Pretty self explanatory there.
Pretty self explanatory there.

And I believe those stars should write a book
'Cause they have stories that none of us share.”

The Little Things That Make Me Real
First Entry - Falling Apart
You put your head on my shoulder today
You've never done that before
It's strange
You must be truly falling apart for a piece of you to land on me
I'm listening to music
Can you hear it?
Every lyric takes my thoughts back to you
Somehow, I keep from crying
We say nothing to each other
I can feel every swallow you take vibrate through my own throat
They rapidly increase, and I can tell you are trying not to cry
It's okay
Go ahead
My shoulder has been through worse
I rest my head on yours
Is it comforting?
I'm unsure
You seem to find it as such
You sat up
The warmth of your head and hot tears slowly left me as well
Leaving only a hazy memory of what it feels like to be trusted with another person's vulnerability
We sit outside, backs against a brick wall
Wind in our ears, concrete leaving bumpy indents on our palms
I tell you that you are wonderful
Because you are wonderful
Part of me thinks you believed it
You let me hug you
You've never done that before
It's strange
You must be truly shaken to let a piece of me crash into you
Thank you

The Little Things That Make Me Real
Second Entry - Human
Why are my tears a shameful thing?
Let me cry, so my heart won't harden like you said it should.
Why must I bottle up my feelings?
Let me cry, so my smiles mean more.
Why must I be shoved in a corner and hidden away in order to be sad?
Let me cry, and see that my emotions are neither invalid nor indecent.
You, without thirst, watch the rain come down and complain that the sun is gone.
While the flowers need the rain to bloom.
You, without current cares, watch my tears escape me and complain that I do not smile
While I need my tears to feel human
Appreciate the sun
But for now let it rain
And let the flowers dance
Appreciate my happiness
But for now let me cry
And let me rejoice in my ability to be human
