It should be a custom block, rather than a brand new color (sorry for the large image*):

*Last time I used any image resizer, it showed as inverted for me and a black square for other users, and since I don't know what damage it could do to the forums and since I don't want my entire account deleted, I won't use them.

If those small things in a block are things that you put your head in, the blocks must be extremely large.
