Happy March everyone!

We're growing as a shop, and this is a great thing! I'm glad to see you all working hard.
Now that some of us will be on Spring break soon, (including me) there might be more downtime. However, some people will be inactive and on vacation.
This shop does not have vacation forms, just stay inactive and you'll be fine, or just post that you are on vacation. I know you're busy!
I'm going to be doing an Employee of The Month, and this month's is BlauHourglass.
I chose BlauHourglass because of their hard work and initiative, and their constant checking for orders.
Remember, keep working hard. You might just be the next!
(Also, BlauHourglass, I've put you as co-owner for now, so even though you can't change the first page, I grant you permission for everything else now that you're hiring people.)
I'd also like to say to the rest of you that I really appreciate your diligence. When I first started this shop, I was independently managing it, which was pretty hard haha! Having you employees is so helpful to not just me, but our shop and the customers.
Now that we have some more orders and have been a shop for longer, we can join more federations. Federations will just help us grow our shop with reviews, etc. We're currently in the Gemstone Federation, if you remember the post from earlier.

Don't forget about the orders that slip under our view! Double check if you have the time. I have added doggy_boi1 to our employee list, so I didn't forget about you either!

Keep in mind that if you're slightly inactive, it is totally fine! I know I've expressed this, but I don't want you to be overloaded. It's Spring time soon! Enjoy it!
