Require Topics in the Questions About Scratch Forum to end with a question mark.
My Suggestion:
Posts in the Questions about Scratch forum should be required for the title to end in a question mark.
Why is this needed/ important?
Many topics in the Questions about scratch forum are unclear and are often 1 word this can cause some confusion as its not immediately clear to others what the topic is actually asking about.
How Would This Suggestion Change This?
If this was implemented then scratchers would be more likely to correctly title their posts resulting in easier or more immediate understanding for those listening. While this would not completely solve this problem it would force many scratchers to title their topics clearer.
Conclusion:
I believe that my idea would improve the state of the questions about scratch forum and improve understanding for those reading it.

-snip-
They could just automatically add a question mark instead of having users add it in. Support.

Is this really taht necessary?
Some titles are in the form of, well, a title (EX. A question about reporting being title “Question about reporting”. With an automatic question mark, it'd turn into “Question about reporting?” which just sounds,., strange?)
If you really so confused and so vexed, just read the topic
No support

No support, it can be inconvenient for people who don't want to put the exact question in their title.

These

(Apart from the guns and galaxy topic)
Don’t need question marks.
And a 1-word title is okay as long the post explains all
And what if they was asking this:
Title: followers
Post: how many followers can you get?
The title would be made into “followers?” which may suggest that they do not know what are followers, instead of the “question about followers” aura that the original title gives out.

No support. There are some topics in the QaS forum which has titles like "Question about [something]“ or ”How to X".How to X would end in a question mark and question about something is a confusing title and is exactly what my suggestion would combat

Questions end in question marks…. if you're writing an essay
This is the internet. No one cares about proper grammar or pronunciation. Would you require all topics in Suggestions end in a period?
