What is a 3D profile picture?

Would that be like a profile picture that contains a cube or some 3d thing or would it actually be 3d

here is how to do it to get one you have to model your pfp in blender to get it 3d then take screenshot

So why not just do that?

I think this idea is wonderful but isn't this already possible because you can design you're own profile picture so making it 3d the slot for the pfp would be a cube not a square right?

Ok, so your suggestion is to make an easy 3D modeling program in Scratch?
That's way too complicated especially since the main focus is coding (the art and sound editor are really simple compared to the code editor).

Also, if you want an easy 3D program that's free and online, there's always TinkerCad.

I mean a blender on scratch for not just pfp would be mildly useful specially for animators like @grayson for example but that's out of topic at this point.

Scratch is web-based, there's no way it would be able to have full-blown Blender capabilities.

Yeah but Ai is growing fast if scratch could some how have an Ai service to shade or something for the person I think that would be possible.

AI is really expensive; you need a lot of servers and Scratch's server space is mostly dedicated to storing projects and everything.

Also, 3D in Scratch is rejected as per TOLORS

scratch has ai like the bad word filter but like3d pfp i think they should add
