What is a hold note and what is a charting system ? I might be able to complete it, but I'm not really sure…

It is like on magic tiles(A mobile piano game) where you hold the note down until it tells you to stop. Pretty much its like holding a key on a piano.

The TGF order broke two rules. They stated they wanted it done by the end of october not a amount of time, and because of that the time would be ticking before it got taken. Also I don't know what they are referring to as a charting system

The charting system is the list in the project that tells the game where to put the notes
1, 2, 3, and 4 represent the notes
