I would like an answer from a Scratch Team member or a former Scratch Team Member

Well we saw one of the (most likely outdated) menus. Other than that ST is up to answer:

This is indeed somewhat outdated, and it only applies to project pages anyway. Scratch Team members have many more options available to them elsewhere on the website — but I wouldn't be able to give much more detail for the sake of keeping moderator secrets.

There's a 3.0 admin panel that someone put here, but I don't remember where it was or what it looks like.

The homepage admin panel is open-source (it's in the scratch-www source code), though most of the actually relevant parts are probably scratchr2 pages so you can't see them. (Although the ST still doesn't like sharing screenshots of it, for some reason.)

I can also get scratchr2 screenshots, but I only included the 3.0 one just to be safe
