has anybody seen scratch cat explaining why a project is gone? if so, could you show me how it looks? or any other old scratch content.

i have not seen scratch cat explaining a reason why something was deleted but i do have an old server error image

no, on the wiki it said that if a project didn't exist it would play an animation of scratch cat explaining why it wasn't allowed.

I wasn’t on scratch when it was 2.0 so I don’t know, maybe search it up on YouTube?

a possible frame of it, multiple projects from that era have it as a thumbnail (such as this one), and they always crash when opened.

I saw it on the 1.4 site. I basically remember it saying “The Scratch Team removed this project because it was inappropriate for the Scratch Community”. It was just the Scratch cat talking through the “say” block.

You can find the actual project here (taken from the Scratch 1.x website source code - note that the one I linked is for what happens if it's reported by several people before a ST member can check it out). I recall it showed on what was otherwise a regular project page.

Update: here is the project that shows when a Scratch Team member removes it.

It says (cycling through each line for two seconds):
