What's the input for?

This is confusing to a block, is it forever or does it repeat a certain number of times?
It also burns my eyes.

This one is only missing the “if” but in @Za-Chary's “The Official List of Rejected Suggestions”

1.9 “Forever if” C block
This block was in the Scratch 1.4 editor, and worked the same as putting an “if” block inside the existing “forever” loop. It was removed in Scratch 2.0 because many beginning Scratchers found it to be confusing. The aforementioned workaround, evidently, is simple and more intuitive.

Assuming that it's a forever if loop but with an even more confusing name, then yeah. And I think this still wouldn't solve the forever if problem, like what was done in the other topic made. It's why it was removed in 2.0.. and that's what 2.0 and 3.0 turn that block into when you load it into the editor.
