I doubt it. You don’t have to differentiate colors to get to Account Settings.

Support. Scratch needs to have some sort of toggle to turn the blocks on or off, if they don’t then they will be a lot of complaints on scratch about it.

Agreed. I saw them and they hurt my eyes. As a near-sighted individual, I like the change to the zoom menu and the “tabs” inside the background/sprite, but this actually makes the blocks harder to read than before for me.

That's why it would also be optional, and it was created for accessibility for that people.
