Terms and Conditions

Customers

◦ When you are ordering a product or package try to be as clear as you can
◦ The employees are doing their best, don't rush them
◦ Don't spam the thread
◦ Make sure to always give credit to the person who did your product/package
◦ Never order anything against the CG
◦ If someone makes sometthing for you, you may not claim it as your own. You can use it for how it is intended by the staff who made your item.
◦ You can also not use your item for commercial reasons, such as selling it, without permission from the person who made it.

Partners

◦ We will be willing to take any orders that one of our partners can’t do. We also expect our partners to be willing to take any orders that we can’t do however.
◦ We will be checking the activity of our partners by posting in their shop. If they don't reply twice, then they'll be removed from the list. They are able to re-apply after two weeks.

BoD

◦ Please note that your position isn't fixed, and while it is unlikely, you may be demoted at any time.
◦ If you receive 2 strikes you will be removed from any BoD role you have

Staff

◦ Do not continuously spam/bump the post, if you do you will receive 1 strike
◦ You are allowed to reject orders, and you don't have to give the reason. If you are abusing this however, you'll get a strike
◦ Stay respectful at all times, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
◦ When you are taking a leave please try to fill out a vacation form, I know this is not always possible so the first time you'll be let off, but the second time you'll get a strike
◦ Always respond to activity checks unless you are on leave, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
◦ If you receive 3 strikes then you will be asked to leave, you may re-apply after 2 weeks

How to work on your shop: Your shop does not have much to improve on! The only suggestion is to make your work not animated, as the customer would have trouble using it. You have been ranked a best shop! You are currently in the green zone.
