Rules/Terms of Use

For CUSTOMERS

~ Do not harass staff or ask “where your order is.” We are humans too, and all of us haves lives we have to attend to. Please politely bump your order instead.
~ Minimum order deadline is 3 days. Please give us time.
~ All orders must follow the Scratch Community Guidelines.
~ Please ask for permission before using parts of this shop for your own.
~ Please put the word “Light” anywhere in your order. It can be hidden or perfectly noticeable, it really doesn't matter.
~ Do not quote the entire post when filling out a form. Any orders that do this will be rejected.
~ Customers are urged to apply for a Lunar Pound bank account before ordering here, as all orders cost some amount of currency.
~ Any orders that do not follow these terms will be automatically rejected. Further breaking of terms may result in a ban from the shop and a report to ST (excepting number 5).

For STAFF/PARTNERS

~ Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines. Any breaking of this rule will result in a strike on your employee profile. More than 2 strikes prevents you from being promoted. 5 gets you fired.
~ Don't harass other staff in any way.
~ Don't be rude to the customers. Respect goes both ways.
~ Do hide the word “Speed” or any synonym in your application, or you will be rejected.
~ Be fast in your orders, but don't rush them. We guarantee both quality and speed, but always quality first.
~ All employees require a Lunar Pound bank account.
~ Any breaking of the first three rules here will get you a strike.

Payment Info

Lightspeed has recently introduced a new currency, the Lunar Pound. I'm currently working on balance testing it, and all employees are required to have an account. You can apply here, and all employees at Lightspeed and Partnered Organisations get boosts on income. Lightspeed employees gain +20L$/wk.
