I have been watching Intellistar and Weatherstar xl videos to create a local on the 8s on scratch, here and I also downloaded sources of TWC, for example, a genuine feel of LOT8s, collected from Andre Williams for a Local forecast Pack, on TWC Today Forums, post in https://twctodayforums.com/forums/twc-fan-art/local-forecast-pack-5696/msg198159/#msg198159 and http://www.mediafire.com/file/5qywghz6y1zgsst/Local_Forecast_Pack.zip/file for a download. There is also music, from youtube, watch the Intellistar and Weatherstar XL and Jr.-3000-4000 and you will download the music and upload to scratch!

We will like to introduce weatherscan, icons are as same as local on the forecast, but except the Weatherstar 4000, there is a background: file//CUsers/user.MINECRAFT/Desktop/utttaswax.jpg, there are so much information, city forecast, and the current conditions on the right with the other information on the left, with precipiation shown on the dopple radar on the down-left to animate, first drawn the area of the doppler radar like a rectangle with 4 lines or a rectange with is white, and next draw the precipiation line with colour according to the radar, green to yellow to red=rain, snow=all white, ice/mix=light to dark pink, then fill or with pencil, finally, add costumes and use forever with next costume block. For the up-right side, costume is as same as on the down-left side, but the code is different, as the background broadcasts doppler radar, it will receive and show, but at first and after broadcast, it hides. For the daypart forecast, type 4 times of day and in order like: 6am, Noon, 3pm, 5pm, 8pm and midnight, and the icons must be under the times of day typed and the x position must be the same(for upper side), for the weather conditions, it needs to typed under the icon and up the rectangle(upper part) and for the temperature, it needs to typed under the weather conditions(upper side) and the right of the icon and up the rectangle(down side). for the Forecast, it will typed as the paragraph on the upper side and as the condition on the down side. For the 5-day forecast, it will be as same as daypart forecast except for the lower temperature under the higher temperature. The Almanac is the same as local on the 8s's moon phase added with sunrise and sunset words on the left of the times of day under the first to second or second to third day.
