Chat system! (phrase based)

So I was thinking, meower was shut down because they strayed away from the idea of phrase-based chat but what if they didn't? so why don't we make a new version but phrase based with a few other things.

I'm going to bed now.
You should also make it Curator only, so nobody random adds projects that have nothing to do with our chat system.

i wanted to make it entirely in vector, but my art skills are not that good. Because of this, I change my mind and only want to be a coder and not an artist.

Also, it will still have to encode/decode because I would like to show a username, pfp, and maybe even a siggy.

I don't think we can support pfps or siggys, they would need to be redone in the project itself. Although we can use usernames with clone blocks.
