Increase forum signature character limit to 6000 characters

Increase forum signature character limit to 6000 characters as that way people would be able to pack more stuffs in there, I know usually people wouldn't be able to see all of it but you can hold shift+down arrow, and there is another way that I'm not allowed to mention. I tried to pack more constructive stuffs into my signature but was unable to due to the character limit.

Support - Means someone supports a suggestion, make sure to say the reason when you are supporting a suggestion.
No support - Means someone don't support a suggestion, while it may sound a little mean, it's actually not as not everybody have to support the suggestion you purposed.
Bump - Bumping is a method of bringing a topic back to the front page.
Necroposting - Means bringing an old, dead, topic that nobody cares about back to life, necroposting comes from the greek word “nekros” meaning “corpse”, necroposting is prohibited as it wastes front page space.
Ocular - A website that allows you to search forum posts.
Dupe/duplicate - Posts that suggests the same thing, it's a good idea to use Ocular.
ST - Is short for Scratch Team, the moderators on this site.
ToS - Is short for Terms of Use, a bunch of legal jargon and stuffs like that.
TOLoRS - Is short for The Official List of Rejected Suggestions, it's always a good idea to read it before making a suggestion.
Kaj - A user who threatened to hack Scratch, he later became a legend and people often joked about him hacking posts.

If this were to happen, trolls could probably demolish forums with all those words. I really do not know what will happen

I honestly don't think this is necessary. For example, your signature is longer than your post which can be distracting to the discussion. Plus people will probably not read it if it's that long (you're asking to triplicate the character limit!) which defeats the purpose. Shift+down arrow gets annoying and sometimes you don't even realise there's more text you're supposed to read.

But if the size of the box stays the same, I guess people who don't really read signatures won't even notice, so I wouldn't oppose this. I just think it's unnecessary and won't bring many benefits.

I dont know when the last time I scrolled in a signature EDIT: (Apparently never since I use Firefox, but my point still stands). Signatures can live in my head for about 500 milliseconds before getting permanently deleted unless they seem funny and/or interesting, but I still dont care enough to scroll down.

Am I the only person who's like this?

If people are out there who have the brainpower to read all those signatures I have no problem with this, I suppose.

Why would you need 48 KB for a SIGNATURE? I don't see a point. If you have a signature that long, then what would you put in it? A timeline of your whole lifetime written with figlet??

You have a point. 6000 characters is… wow. No support, signatures are supposed to be fairly short, and if you start putting endless amounts of words in them, it’s just going to ruin the concept. That’s a lot of data just for one signature. I’d support increasing it to 3000, but 6000 is a little too much.

What words? You mean swear words? 6000 swear words would cause the same damage as 2000 of them, plus you wouldn't be able to see all 6000 words at the same time.

Take a look at my signature, it's not that long, but uses perfectly 2000 characters.
