Skew / Stretch

Make blocks that would skew and stretch sprites

I'm uncertain, but isn't this suggestion similar to this one?
And if not, then here's what the block should look like (in the outdated Scratchblocks):

set [stretch v] effect to (0)
change [stretch v] effect by (25)

set [skew v] effect to (0)
change [skew v] effect by (25)

Okay, never mind. This is definitely similar to the suggestion I mentioned.

It is and I think their suggestion is much better than mine because their idea is easier to understand.
