Renaming and Deleting Broadcasts

This is such a simple feature that would improve the QoL aspects of Scratch. The ability to rename broadcasts.
E.g. if I created a broadcast and called it message1, but then I decided a name so it doesn't get muddled up, I'd have to create a new broadcast to replace it. Also, I know that broadcast delete after not using them for a while, but please could we have a way to view and delete them, like the variables menu?

Maybe we could even have something displaying what blocks use this Broadcast.

I think this could be a decent suggestion.
