My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 96.0.4664.110, No Flash versions detected

I changed my profile pic today and it for some reason doesn't load properly. On projects, comments, and other places, the proper new one loads but on my profile page, and the top right icon everywhere, the old one loads. I've tried to fix it a hundred times but I don't know anymore

Delete that extension name - you aren't allowed to mention it.
Also, it takes some time for the profile picture to update everywhere, but don't worry, we all can see the updated version even though some pages haven't been updated on your end.
