You are not permitted to do that, as that would be spam. However, you will notice how the features of such extension may help you when you're making regular posts.

Can you elaborate further about what type of extension?
Browser extensions: FORBIDDEN DO NOT ADVERTISE BROWSER EXTENSIONS ON SCRATCH.
Scratch extensions: I don't know where to test.
