Emojis in Project Descriptions not working

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 94.0.4606.71, No Flash version detected

My description in my project needs to be attractive, so I used emojis. But when I refresh the page, it just turns the emojis to question marks.

It used to be:

They meant Unicode emojis, which aren't supported basically anywhere on Scratch.
