I had an invention, but I forgot what it was….something to do with marketing or something of the sort….I'll post it when I remember it…if I ever remember it…

Since when did that make something not an idea? And plus they've been making limbs that communicate with the brain and actually let you feel touch, so why could there not be a chip the connects to the internet, gets data, and then communicates back with your brain also?

Then you could claim anything as an invention. An idea isn't the same as an invention. If someone came up with the idea of “Capsule that you go into and allows you to travel through time,” that wouldn't be an invention. It's an idea.

What about a way to send electricity directly to another object, so it doesn't have to be plugged in? It could be like radio waves, except electricity. Or maybe it doesn't send electricity, it just takes it out of air…

Tesla mastered that over 100 years ago. He was going to set up a system to distribute electricity to the entire town wirelessly, but his financier pulled out at the last minute when he realised that there would be no way of controlling who could use the electricity, so there would be no way of charging for it.

Tesla also made a device which took electricity from the air. He often spoke about the fact that there is electricity everywhere, you just have to have a way of accessing it.

I remembered my invention!

It was a way to fix a damaged spinal cord! If you can communicate on cell phones without wires, what about the spine. The only problem would be the radiation….. and I swear there has to be more faults to this idea.
