Why did I get this alert?
So just a few minutes ago, I got an alert that says:
Thanks for the report! We checked it out and couldn’t find anything wrong with the content you reported. Please only report projects, comments, profiles, or studios that are mean or inappropriate. Check out the Community Guidelines (linked at the bottom of every page) for help deciding what is or isn't ok for Scratch.
Why did the ST have to send an entire alert about my report, and will this alert count towards my account getting blocked?

Why did I get this alert?
Hi!
1. I'd assume the alert is there so people don't spam report on random projects.
2. I do not know, I suggest using Contact Us.
I hope I helped!

ST thinks you falsely reported something.
And not really, why do people think if you get a certain amount of warnings, you get banned? Warning are just meant to remind you what the rules are. You get banned for repeatedly breaking the rules or doing something really bad so as long as you don't falsely report stuff anymore after this, you're fine.

They're just letting you know that something you reported was actually okay, so you know not to report for that reason in the future. If you only do this from time to time and have valid reports around it, which would make sense given it was probably a mistake, then they aren't going to consider it to be intentional, and it won't affect any punishments in the future.
Remember that alerts are only designed to communicate information about the rules to you, not as a score which counts towards being punished. Previous alerts will probably be looked at if you do any more actions which break the rules, but they should be seen in context, so you don't have anything to worry about.
Just think back to whatever you recently reported and try to learn where your mistake came from, so you don't make as many false reports in the future. If you don't know which report it was about or don't understand the reason why it was allowed, you can use contact us to get clarification.

Sorry if there is some confusion. Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every webpage if you have a question about a moderator action. Here is the link to it, too: https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/
And I think it will counted towards your account getting blocked - all alerts do. Of course as hedgehog_blue said, if this only happens from time to time you don't need to worry about it.

And I think it will counted towards your account getting blocked - all alerts do.That's not true at all.
1. What about removed false alerts?
2. What about alerts from like May 2007?
3. They are just reminders.

1. Ok, that makes sense, I didn't know alerts can be removed.
2. Alerts automatically get removed from the “list” 2 months after the user recieves them - so I meant that they count towards your block in that period of two months.
3. They are reminders, but I'm pretty sure they're reminders which do count towards your block in that two month period.
