This story is called Fashion World. It's about 2 different people who have a passion in designing clothes and get the chance to work with the most famous fashion designer.

Fred stared at the window while he waited for his parents to get back home. He had been all day alone in the house and was really bored. After waiting for another thirty minutes, he decided to look at his gallery. He turned his phone on and started scrolling through his photos. He kept scrolling until he stopped in a picture he had taken seven years ago with his best friend. Fred remembered everything about the last day he saw his best friend, Michael.

>> His parents had recently told him that they will move cities and Fred was devastated. Michael was his only friend, and leaving was a great challenge. The day they were moving, Fred woke up at 5 am and went to Michael’s house to say goodbye. Michaels mother took that picture so the boys could remember each other. <<

A tear streamed down in Fred’s face as he turned his phone off. He went to his room, with a big feeling of nostalgia. While he listened to some music he remembered more and more about how things had gone in the past. How his life had turned wrong the third time he moved, how he got betrayed, his phobia and how later he discovered his true passion. The sight of two boys with him in the woods was so clear in his mind. Seeing how one of them cutted a branch and it almost crushed him, he remembered how he saw his life passing before his eyes. And that feeling of sadness came back to him. Fred also remembered being home and not wanting to come out because of the fear that a tree would kill him. And how because of his Hylophobia he found his true passion. Designing. Soon, he got an idea for an outfit and got to work.


Meanwhile at a fashion store in New York, a young woman named Charlotte was attending a really demanding customer. The curvy brunette hair of Charlotte was tied up in a bun and her blue eyes looked tired.

“Ma’am, I already told you that the outfit is sold out. If you come back in a week we can give it to you” said Charlotte “Now, can I help you with something else?”
“This is unacceptable!” screamed the customer “I wanna talk with your manager!”
“Ma’am, the manager is pretty busy right now.” said Charlotte but as she saw the face in the customer she added “But I’ll call him right now”

Charlotte went up and knocked on the manager’s door. After waiting for five minutes she heard someone saying “Come in”.

“Mr. Harrison?” muttered Charlotte “Miss Rose is downstairs and she isn’t in the best mood.”
“Did you told her that we don’t have the outfit?” asked Mr. Harrison
“Yes sir, I did. But she insists.” said Charlotte “Do I tell her to come?”
“That won’t be necessary!” exclaimed a voice at the door “I could come myself!”
“Ah, Rose my dear! How are you?” said. Mr. Harrison “My dear, you need to understand that we don’t have the outfit right now.”
“Well, if you are not giving me my outfit. Fire her!” demanded Rose pointing to Charlotte “She is so annoying!”
“Fire Charlotte?! B-but, she is one of my best workers!” said Mr. Harrison, nervous “Is there any other thing I could do for you?”
“No! I want her fired!l screamed Rose “I’ll come tomorrow and if I see her you’ll be in trouble!”

Rose left the room and Mr. Harrison started walking across the room. While Charlotte looked at him nervous.
“You aren’t firing me, right sir?” asked Charlotte “S-sir?”
“I’m sorry Charlotte, but that woman has the power to take my shop down.” said Mr. Harrison with a sad look on his face “But don’t worry! I have a friend that will surely hire you! And not as someone who attends customers, but as a designer!”
“Wait really?!” asked Charlotte, surprised “Oh my god! Thank you so much, sir!”
“No problem! You will probably receive an email tomorrow later!” said Mr. Harrison cheerily “Now go home! You’ll need a lot of rest!”

Charlotte went to her apartment really happy and decided to go to the park and design something for the special occasion. Weeks passed and Charlotte’s work went incredible. Her new boss gave her the position of chief designer, and her designs were selling really well.
And one day at work her life changed completely.

“Miss Charlotte, there is a letter for you.” said one of her assistants
“A letter? Like a physical letter, Lily?” asked Charlotte confused
“Yup. Here it is” said Lily handing the letter to Charlotte

Charlotte took the letter, her eyes widened and her heart started pumping faster. She couldn’t believe that in her hands there was this letter. She rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn’t dreaming and when she noticed it all was real she went and took a seat on her desk.
“This is.. wow..” said Charlotte, surprised. She had just received a letter from her idol. Lady Beaumont. The most famous fashion designer in the world. She opened the golden envelope and founded an invitation from Lady Beaumont. She had just gotten invited to a competition. If she won, she would get the chance to work with Lady Beaumont. She passed the letter to Lily and Lily exclaimed happily.
“Charlotte, this is incredible! Think of what you could do if you win! You need to go there!”
“I need to, but when is it?” asked Charlotte, Lily checked the letter and answered “In 2 weeks!”

Charlotte went to her boss’s office to tell her the news and her boss told her to go home and check her computer. That she might get an email with all the information. So Charlotte went home happy and with the precious letter in her hand.

Back in Vancouver Fred was in his room until he heard the doorbell. He went to open the door and saw the postman. He thanked him and went back inside. As he flicked through the mail a golden envelope caught his attention. He took it and his heart started pumping faster.
