Why does the project stop playing sound?

The project just stops playing sound and nothing I do will make it come back, I think it has something to do with broadcasting, My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 89.0, No Flash version detected.
I tried to replicate the bug (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/547249331/) but I just couldn't.

play sound [Meow v]
broadcast [message v]
when I receive [message v]
play sound [Meow v]
if <it doesn't play the sound> then
ask [why doesn't it play the sound] and wait
end

My browser / operating system: Windows 11, Firefox 115.0, can you guess my flash version?

Can you show the project in which this bug happens in? Just share the project and give the link here. Your description has some blocks that are confusing due to scratchblocks being 2.0 and the editor being 3.0.
